Bryn Carter was born and raised in Northern California before graduating with a Sociology degree from CU Boulder. It wasn’t until her move to Los Angeles in 2006 that her ever-evolving love for fashion and costume design became a full-time goal.

From musicians to actors, photographers to directors, Bryn has worked and explored a myriad of creative projects. She continues to hone her skills of traditional and non-traditional narratives, finding purpose in all aspects of storytelling. 

When the elements allow and without compromising integrity, she does her best to keep her team and design products as environmentally friendly as possible. She strives to remain professional, friendly, fun, thoughtful, and inventive, attuning to any project’s needs. 

Bryn joined IASTE Local 892 in 2017, and continues to work both union and non-union jobs.
